Point In Time Homeless Census Report

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires that each Continuum of Care who receives federal funding to aid the homeless completes a Point In Time study every two years. The Point In Time report is a snap shot in time of those who are homeless in the county. The report quantifies the minimum number of individuals and families who are homeless, as well as demographics and unique needs that inform the CoC's planning process.
