| Tuesday, May 26, 2026 | Inform Council of mid-term Council Member Election and distribute election materials to the CoC membership. |
| End of day Friday, June 5, 2026 | Deadline for submitting nominations. |
| Monday, June 8, 2026 | Nominees Announced. |
| Week of June 8, 2026 | Voting members vote virtually via SurveyMonkey. Voting closes end of day Friday, June 12, 2026. |
| Monday, June 15, 2026 | Announce election results at the June CoC Meeting and to membership via email. |
