CoC Mid-Term Nominations

CoC Council Member Election Process

The CoC is currently in the process of filling a mid-term vacated Council Member seat. All CoC Members may submit nominations for the available Council seat.

Rules for nominations:

1. Any CoC member – an individual that has formally requested membership in writing and has attended a minimum of 25% of CoC meetings – may be nominated to become a Council member.
2. Any CoC member may make a nomination; members may self-nominate. Nominees must confirm the nomination.
3. Nominees must represent a service area not currently represented on the Council; they are not required to represent the same service area as the vacated seat.

This election process will be conducted virtually via all-member vote through SurveyMonkey. Please pay close attention to the timeline below.



Email Nomination Form to the CoC by end of day Friday, June 5, 2026, or select the "Submit Form" on the Nomination Form to have it automatically submitted.

Date	Election Activity
Tuesday, May 26, 2026	Inform Council of mid-term Council Member Election and distribute election materials to the CoC membership.
End of day Friday, June 5, 2026	Deadline for submitting nominations.
Monday, June 8, 2026	Nominees Announced.
Week of June 8, 2026	Voting members vote virtually via SurveyMonkey. Voting closes end of day Friday, June 12, 2026.
Monday, June 15, 202	Announce election results at the June CoC Meeting and to membership via email.
