Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) makes available grant allocations to cities, counties, and continuums of care with flexible funding to prevent and end homelessness in their regions. Beginning in 2019, both the CoC and Butte County have been awarded HHAP grants through 5 separate rounds of funds. For each round of HHAP, the CoC reallocated funds to Butte County. This reallocation means a single application and annual report for the region. Annual reports include expenditures and activities through December 31 of each year.
