Through the County Request for Proposals process, the following projects were awarded using a combination of CoC and County allocated HHAP funds.

| True North expanded the Torres Shelter to include a 24/7 Navigation Center and an additional 20 beds at the emergency shelter. | |||
| Youth for Change utilized funds to expand case management services and to provide rent and utility support to youth. |
