The HHAP 3 expenditure deadline is June 30, 2026.​

Through the County Request for Proposals process, the following projects were awarded using a combination of CoC and County allocated HHAP funds.

Jesus Center	$400,000.00	$345,059.91	To support staffing necessary to provide services at the Renewal Center Emergency Family Shelter Program.
Safe Space Winter Shelter	$208,560.00	$181,496.13	To support a Program Coordinator and rental subsidies to move individuals experiencing homelessness into permanent housing.
True North Housing Alliance, Inc.	$562,834.02	$562,823.02	To support day services and expanded navigation services at the Torres Shelter.
Youth for Change	$401,477.00	$401,477.00	To purchase a house or duplex to permanently house youth experiencing homelessness.
