Jesus Center	$325,000	$156,979.66	To support the Renewal Center Family Shelter and Family Resource Center. Funding will support housing navigation, health and wellness activities, on-site medical, and mental health services.
True North Housing Alliance	$275,000.00	$275,000.00	To support Navigation Services, providing solution focused interventions and connection to services.
True North Housing Alliance	$130,000.00	$111,635.79	To support rapid rehousing for shelter residents transitioning into permanent housing.
Youth for Change	$237,690.00	$85,921.37	To support a Housing Case Manager to work with unhoused youth to provide housing stabilization, service plans, and educational and employment advocacy.
