HHAP Round 5 is a $1 billion grant established for the purpose of organizing and deploying the full array of homelessness programs and resources comprehensively and effectively, and to sustain existing federal, state, and local investments towards long-term sustainability of housing and supportive services.

​The HHAP Round 5 Request for Proposals (RFP #72-25) has closed and applicants have been tentatively awarded, pending approval from the Butte County Board of Supervisors.
