Housing and Disability Advocacy Program (HDAP)
The Butte County Department of Employment and Social Services is soliciting applications from organizations for HDAP related services. Funds will be available to provide permanent housing and case management to individuals eligible to HDAP.

Applications will be reviewed and ranked via the County Review & Ranking Process. All contract execution is contingent upon approval by the Butte County Board of Supervisors.

Funding Availability
Maximum of $500,000 for permanent housing and case management.
