​Note: Congress initially approved two-year funding cycle awarding funds for 2024 and 2025. However, in July 2025, HUD announced that they would not honor the original commitment and would instead release a new Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) in 2025. After releasing the new NOFO, a lawsuit mandated that HUD renew the original awards unless CoC's opted to reallocate funds.
