HHAP makes available grant allocations to cities, counties, and continuums of care with flexible funding to prevent and end homelessness in their regions. Beginning in 2019, the CoC has been awarded HHAP grants through 5 separate rounds of funds. The HHAP Round 6 application is currently in process.
