HHAP makes available grant allocations to cities, counties, and continuums of care with flexible funding to prevent and end homelessness in their regions. Beginning in 2019, the CoC has been awarded HHAP grants through 5 separate rounds of funds. The CoC has reallocated its HHAP funds to the County for a joint application and award process. Applications for subcontracted projects are solicited and selected through the County Request for Proposal process.
