Public Comment and Review on CoC Local NOFA and RFP's

The below documents are available for public comment.  These documents are NOT APPROVED, and are NOT released.  Any and all information contained in these documents are subject to change and update.

Public Comment is welcome and wanted: Please email coc@butte-housing.com with comments Comments will be taken until June 3, 2019.  This Super NOFA will allocate funds from the following:
  1. Rapid Rehousing: $121,325 CA ESG. Funds must be used for this purpose
  2. Emergency shelter needs identified above.  A total of $1.26 million will be used to cover shelter awards; funds may be “mixed and matched” for most effective use of funds.
    1. $181,988 CA ESG Competitive (one year funds) – operations only
    2. $401,060 CESH1 funds (five year funds; this is max allowed) – operations only
    3. $226,060 CESH2 funds (five year funds; this is max allowed) – operations only
    4. $450,000 returned HEAP (one year funds) – capital or operations
